Management. eeG is specialized in executing complex blending and resin projects. eeG's innovative tried-and-tested know-how in project management, design, procurement, construction and startup operations and decommissioning, is reflected in the eeG Group's project organization.

The Projects Department is in charge of all projects realized by the eeG Group. Each project manager has the overall responsibilities for the assigned project, from the signing of the contract to the completion of work. The Project Manager heads the team identified and coordinates the various activities.

Furthermore, the Project Manager is responsible for the implementation of the project-control system. The project-control system is to provide an integrated tool enabling time and cost analysis during the life of the project, with the major objective being to identify potential problems and initiate corrective actions as early as possible.
